I suggest you use aluminum foil and line your windows with aluminum foil. It will break of the watch signals, and help you avoid detection Also, fashioning a hat of aluminum foil will prevent them from hearing your phone calls when you are wearing it.

The police report itself is public record, however not all the information is. If you are not involved with the case expect the majority of the report to be blocked out. Things such as names, addresses, SSN’s, crime scene photos or other sensitive information will be blocked out.

Walk into your PD and request the record, you will need to provide a date/time and location of incident as well as the type of incident. Expect to pay a few bucks (most depts. charge .25 a page).

Near the Lester Pearson International Airport. Is the Brampton area near here safe?

I say its a good area to buy a house because Brampton is a relatively quiet area. Unfortunately many people don’t take care of their homes, or invest money into them, also there is a tendency to have more than typical amount of people living in a home which causes more wear on utilities and infrastructure services.

Look a little lower in north Mississauga or so, you can find detached resale homes easily in the $300-350 range. Right now is also a pretty good time to buy resale property because of the economy. Many people are selling because they have to (lost job, divorce, moving, etc) and you are in a very good position to negotiate. If you area looking at the home try to negotiate lower many builders are just doing whatever they can to get rid of their stock of homes, they may also be cutting some corners on the construction to save costs.

I see what happen when you got more police cars in the street making less attractive for criminals do something stupid and keep gangs in check.

What makes you think the lower crime rate has anything to do with the police? Typically a lower crime rate has more to with stronger neighborhood groups, better opportunities for youth, and education. The cops want everyone to believe they are effective but the facts point to the opposite.

Bucktown/Wicker Park. There is moderate crime in these areas but close to Lincoln Park which is considered to be very safe.

I saw about 20+ hobos walking around and I wondered why dont I ever see hobos where I live? Is it because of low cost public housing?

First reduced cost of houses bring in lower and lower quality home owners. The equal housing authority made it possible for someone who once was in public housing to get a house were you live. If enough of your neighbors rent out their houses to low income people the others decide this is a great time to move. And as more people move out property values become even cheaper because there is more supply then demand. And slowly but surely you get people moving in that never had to and do not know how to maintaine a yard. That further depreciates property values. Eventually the very poor or ghetto can afford them. And they bring with them the criminals.
