How Can We Bring In More Customers For Lunch At A Bar?

Posted by admin on November 2nd, 2009 and filed under neighborhood bar | 3 Comments »

We own a small restaurant inside a local neighborhood bar/tavern.
How can we increase our lunchtime business? Also do you think a weekly Friday nite "all you can eat buffet" is a good idea and what would you charge per person? Thank you!!

friendly service

depending where your located $9.95

    A good menu with good sandwiches like BLTs toasted and salads and soups. Keep it cheap and simple. Maybe put an add out in a local newspaper? Tell your friends to tell their and maybe have a night were there is karaoke and special drinks and have a bulletin board there or panflit (sorry can’t spell that:P) a with the lunch menu. Put that event in the newspaper.

    oh and for the buffet
    $ 8.50

    can kids come?
    if so…
    $ 5.50 for them :)
