Keep it cheap and simple. Maybe put an add out in a local newspaper? Tell your friends to tell their and maybe have a night were there is karaoke and special drinks and have a bulletin board there or panflit (sorry can't spell that:P) a with the lunch menu. Put that event in the newspaper. oh and for the buffet $ 8.50 can kids come? if so... $ 5.50 for them :)<br><b>References : </b><br>hope I helped.
