Depends on your age and preference, but I’ve always preferred local, low-key bars. I’ve even gone out of my way to very blue-collar neighborhood bars just to be hand with those folks; they’re such a non-pretentious crowd.

the way you make it sound on here, you should go to neighborhood bar, but on friday nights, i usually would choose to go to the crazy one and get drunk. but i’m just a teen, so i guess it depends on your age. anyway have fun

Unless I’m in the mood for some hardcore dancing, I’d go with the neighborhood bar; play some pool, listen to the jukebox, have a few drinks, and a few laugh with friends. Good times.

well did you want to be one of those local drunks? you can meet new friends there, but if you are the quiet type that doesnt like dancing then go to the neighbour hood bar. But sounds like the loud music and crowded clubs annoy you??

Their was this little place I would go to back in Pittsburgh Pa.
That wasn’t real quiet but all the people their were really cool.
Unfortunately it was stuck in the middle of several hi class housing communities and was eventually shut down.
I was never in to the big club seen to Meany people trying to be someone their not.

Local bar, if your just wanting to go somewhere to chill out and be where you know everyone, at least that way you’d not have to worry about a person bugging you.
If you want excitement, then go to the ‘hot spot’ club and just let it all hang out, likely you’d not ever see most of the people you run into there again, unless you want to.
Depends on what kind of mood your in when you decide to go out.
