How is the real estate market in and around Dublin, Ireland?

What are the most eclectic neighbourhoods? Which ones are to be avoided? Which are most close to universities, museums, cafe’s?

Who are the worst slum lords? What church is the most charitable to the poor? Where are the shelters located?
Oh by the way, Jimmie boy, the spelling is correct for the U.K.

To where, I suppose, you’ve never been. Oh well, keep tippling. Seems to be working charms for you. Not.

Houth, is more of a slum. The north side or near the airport is less desirable. Dublin South of the city center like Goatstown is very hot. Also Ballsbridge is like the Bel Air of Dublin.
