Idk, but in my city in NC, are MLK street is NOT good place to live.
Crime, drugs, prostitues, are on that street. But their are some big huge model homes on that street too. Not to live in. But something in honor of MLK. References :

Its not terrible. I personally wouldn’t live there. Actually pretty much anywhere in east Austin is kind of bad.

It’s one of the more unsafe areas of the city, but not the worst. Closely north of that is worse.
