I made this rub and …
I made this rub and it knocked my socks off…..Also use it on pork steaks. My buddy had to know how to make it so I gave him the ingredients list…I find that when rubbing it on you want to make a slurry with apple juice…Just enough to melt it all together….I reduce the cayenne for the wife. Man. This is good.

omg i made this dry rub for ribs and i used what was left after i put in on the ribs for bbq sauce i used the dry rub ketchup and water thats it and it turned out too be the best sauce i ever tasted thank you for this recipe im forever in your debt

Well the reason why hes using powder is because it’s supposed to be a “Dry” rub. If you use a clove of garlic generally your garlic (after you get it out of all the mess it comes in) is generally moist best to try to keep it as dry as possible.
