I made this rub and it knocked my socks off…..Also use it on pork steaks. My buddy had to know how to make it so I gave him the ingredients list…I find that when rubbing it on you want to make a slurry with apple juice…Just enough to melt it all together….I reduce the cayenne for the wife. Man. This is good.

  21. baronkline Says:

    Well the reason why …
Well the reason why hes using powder is because it’s supposed to be a “Dry” rub. If you use a clove of garlic generally your garlic (after you get it out of all the mess it comes in) is generally moist best to try to keep it as dry as possible.

  22. Hellblazzer Says:

    Sounds and look …
Sounds and look delicious! Sorry about the ignorance, but then how do You use the rub? “Polverize” it on the beef, ribs, wtv while it’s on the grill?
