   sounds like a great little place. what about just your last name or maybe a daughter’s name and adding " cafe " or " grill " something simple so you can remember but interesting that means something sentimental to you.

    "Not just another" cafe/greasepit/grill/etc.
    I lived near a diner that was called "Not Just Another Roadside Attraction". They made the best pancakes you ever tasted and offered varieties like rhubarb.
