Call a Realtor and they can tell you over the phone. They have all that info in front of them on their computer.

zillow is good but not in all places, ask a real estate agent for a bpo or cma these are terms that ask them to search a radius of your home and they can tell you the high and low values in your area. please note though just cause the house across the street sold for one value does not mean yours is worth the same amount. it could be more or less depending upon what your home is to theirs. best answer is to find an appraiser. they know all the markets and would have the best information however most want to be paid. unless you know them and then they may do it for you as a favor. county records do not always list values on their transactions but you could get an idea of how many are moving. you may also ask a house finder what the rents are for your type of home. generally they are renting for what it would take to pay off a mortgage. so if you are paying say 350 a month and everyone else is renting for 400 i would say your home is somewhere close to the average for your neighborhood.
