within any civilized community in the US -especially after 9/11- some of the foremost, frontline rules of law are city ordinances and state laws (code 602) related to trespassing; one of CA’s muted social leading topics smoldering red hot just beneath the surface of it’s arguably failing economy. where do the mayor of rancho santa margarita, orange county sheriff’s dept, places like BRE Properties, schwartzenegger, and Obama stand on this ever increasing acute trespassing-of-people’s-homes out of control issue of gigantic proportions, daily threatening upstanding tax paying citizens of the US, and all of southern CA? RSM is not to be singled out, and they’re far from alone in this bizarrely accepted-by-authorities phenomena; leaders in south OC permitting near total tolerance of trespassing on private residential property via dumpster diving prowlers. most every small city in south OC in the foothills are guilty. RSM & BRE are just the first ones caught -on hidden camera- part of a collective fueled endeavor and unique application of neighborhood watch, demanding critical resolution; currently, working around the clock, and/or on-call 24-hours a day, as a part of an undercover investigation into all aspects surrounding major and/or criminal violations of city and/or state ordinances by offices in the highest places of south OC. this neighborhood watch’s motivating philosophy is that no one needs city ordinances or police after the fact, that are put in place to relatively protect innocent tax paying citizens within the community, except perhaps for restitution after becoming a victim of crime; and all parties be it civic leaders and/or private businesses within the community are accountable.
