I am trying to generate real estate leads and I know about driving the neighborhood but I know some people have other methods that might be more effective. Thank you.

Buyers are King, Realtors are starving right now. Contact one of them and tell them what you want. They will fight with each other for your business, and get you what every you want.

   call your local courthouse you want to be there when they sell the properties at a low price they have auctions

   1. Take different routes to where you
   normally go.

   2. Take down the addresses of
   abandoned properties.

   3. You’ll be amazed at what you find
   from the simple technique of looking
   around any neighborhood you happen
   to be in.

   I also use bird dogs. I give the UPS, Fed Ex, etc.. and Mail carriers cash for leads on houses that are empty or about to be foreclosed on.
