Especial for a small restaurant about 35 seats, in middle class neighborhood…
Included what types of food, and price range, would be nice..

Thanks…

I see food in a drink like a soylent green kind of food staple, like the people in the matrix sat around eating. Full of all the vitamins, supplements and specialized with certain extras singling out problems they solve. A sort of smoothie stand for the soon to be healthy and famous. from $4.00 to $8.00 100% healthy and smart with antioxidants and fiber…..

    Vietnamese Cuisine, or Seafood.

Neo-traditional recipes with either a French twist, or Modern Western.

    Signature drinks and desserts.

From $12 – $24 depending on food cost, ingredients, preparation time, yield, and demand!

I see minimal decor [preferably local], mood lighting, and great (non-pop) modern mood music.

Organic Food / Meal. All or most ingredients is organic, no MSG, no scary chemicals. The problems is it maybe difficult to get the Organic Approval, but you may try to get Organic materials for most of the ingredient. However, the restaurant ambiance doesn’t need to be blah or hippies, you may decor it even like a mini Versailles.

Without knowing the location it is difficult to answer accurately. Around my neighborhood we could use an Indian, Vietnamese, or Taco shop. But if you really want success go vegan/vegetarian. We had one that moved 10 miles away and people used to come from many, many miles away to go to it.
