Around my neighborhood we could use an Indian, Vietnamese, or Taco shop. But if you really want success go vegan/vegetarian. All or most ingredients is organic, no MSG, no scary chemicals. The problems is it maybe difficult to get the Organic Approval, but you may try to get Organic materials for most of the ingredient. However, the restaurant ambiance doesn't need to be blah or hippies, you may decor it even like a mini Versailles.<br><b>References : </b><br> Organic Food / Meal.
