In early February 2010, LISC/Chicago hosted a “Back to the Future” panel discussion prior to the 16th annual Chicago Neighborhood Development Awards ceremony. At the panel, four Chicago-area policymakers discussed the state of the city’s neighborhoods, and what factors will play into their redevelopment in the coming years.

In this video, Robert Weissbourd of RW Ventures discusses the state and fate of Chicago neighborhoods and the regional economy during his opening statements to the audience.
